Dear guild.
We've finally managed to take the next evolutionary step with the administrative.....stuff. Much much cleaner and easy to read set of rules. Explanations of ranks. Revamp of the DKP rules, some editing here and there. It looks really good, and Niun deserves lots and lots of praise for it, so make sure u tell her ;)
It's vital for both you and us, that you set of a bit of time and go through all this. This is to avoid misunderstanding and to have the same set of expectations for everyone. We've managed to come up with an incentive to get more apps in on raidranks, so that we know that we have comitted people getting those ranks. As they were now, they had some purpose, but it really didn't get the "reaction" or obligation from the ppl who got it. I wont tell you what the incentive is, so you'll have to go read it yourself.
With this, we're hoping to build a much better and effectivly working structure for the guild. Everything is not all the way there yet, but it will be in a matter of days. There will be no excuses for "didnt know that, didnt read this", anymore. It is all firmly stated, black on....red atm. There will maybe be some tweaks here and there, as im sure that some guildies will enlighten us. And by all means do, there should be no doubt about anything here.
I hope you all find it interesting reading, as all the officers has done what they can do improve the set of rules and etc. And again, big ty for Niun who's managed to get it all looking very good :)

Been so long now, i felt the news posts needed an update ;)
Im still being surprised by how well we do. Sure, we all have our off days and raids, but this occurs to everyone. Im talking about how we do when we're at our strongest. Not concering what players are brought to a raid, cause i consider you all to be fantastic and you're doing your job excellently. But considering us all to having a gd day, we're just smashing through every obstacle put before us.
Altho we've had some raids being cancelled lately, what i've seen on the raids that we've been doing has been gr8. Seeing everyone perform over 4k dps and the tanks and healers, as always, has been flawless. It's taken a very long time to mold and shape this team to get it right, and now i'm seeing it all come together, there's only a few pieces missing atm. And when i say this, it's not only because classes and specs being brought to a raid, its also very much about the compatibility of the people in the raid. Easier put, that we all get along. And im relieved that we have survived the summer. So many guilds die and disband due to not being able to raid and etc, but we've stayed strong and will continue to do so.
Yes, we've had some casualties during this process, we've lost some gr8 ppl and players, mostly due to personal reasons but there are ofc exceptions. But this is bound to happen, not everyone will be happy and sometimes there are choices to be made concering that.
It looks like to me, that this team is getting ready for hardmodes. There are a few we can aim at, and some others may be further away still. To say this takes allot, cause there was a time where we were saying that this couldn't be done. Well, now it can :) I just want to commend you all cause of your loyalty, your skills, your drive towards progression and your ability to see the big picture of things. We have quality in every departement now, if one drops out, we have quality enough to have someone else step in and do the same job just as well. This really amazes me, you all amaze me :)
You all have contributed to make this guild what it is, to give it the rep it now has. Continue what u've all been doing so greatly, and lets improve even further.

Hi peeps.
Lately there's been a bit of an issue on TS. We all enjoy eachothers company, most of us enjoy chatting, and some even singing. This is quite alright, and helps keep our moods liftet and makes the raids more enjoyable. There has however, arised an issue when it comes to explaining tactics, talking during fights, and the things that become essential before and during downing a boss.
There was for example quite allot of confusion going on during Vezax. When u get 3 different explanations at once, altho they were all similar, things tend to just fly by and u start ignoring what ppl are saying. Some of the same stuff was close to happening during Mimiron, which i in the end felt that i had to take charge and sort stuff out. Also, when raidleader, or other designated ppl are trying to make a quick decision or tell ppl to do something. You do exactly what that person says. It may cause a wipe, it may save the day, in some extreme cases there might even be a /gquit. But it is essential that we keep faith and listen and concentrate on what that person is saying. Now, u've gotten a bit of an explanation on things, this is how things work from now on:
- Raidleader will designate one person to explain tactics where needed, this person will have peace while explaining, so that everyone can hear and understand what will be going on during the fight.
- Incase of fights where we will need to separate ppl into grps and such, raidleader will designate a shouter(s) where it is needed. This person will shout out whats going on at that particulate place. (Example; shouter in right grp on Vezax, shouts when to move)
- No chit chat during fights, keep your head 110% focused on whats going on where u are and the surroundings.
- Questions and suggestions are directed to the person thats responsibel for that current fight. Otherwise healing questions go to Brasker normally, or Dhia. Questions/suggestions towards raiding overall is directed to Wraithor. Other officers are ofc available aswell should you feel the need for talking to someone else.
So, recap; Do talk on TS, we all make most of our fun there, but be quiet when a person explains something, be quiet if you are not a designated shouter during the fight. Ask if there was something u didnt get AFTER the explanation.
One last thing, when we do bosses, i (Wraith) will have to sort grps and also coordinate that sorting between the one responsible for healing. This takes time, and when done properly, makes the fight much much easier. This will go quicker after we've gotten a boss a a few times. But be patient.
Thats it for now, more structure during raids makes the fights easier and the raid more enjoyable for everyone. We've got the stuff guys, lets start showing it off for real!

Hi again peeps!
Lately i've had a thought, which i shared with the other officers last night. Others have come to me aswell suggesting the same thing. So, heres the thing;
Where do you all want the main focus to lie in our raids.
- Do you want to focus on progress, focus on gear when we "have to" to get passed bosses?
- Or do you want to focus on farming gear and if we get to new content, we get to new content?
Reason i'm asking this, is cause we have different people in the guild, that wants different things. Some desire to see endgame content, others desire to gear up as much as possible. Ofcourse these two have a connection, but there is also the possibility to focus heavier on one part than the other. If we farm gear, t8,5 in particular, it means we would look very good, well, everyone but paladins :P Our gear would be more than ready for the new raid thats incoming. If we focus on progression, our gear would still be good, but kinda "just enough" to get us to "the end" of Ulduar put prob not doing many hardmodes.
So, it comes down to what we want, see endgame stuff, or farm gear. To keep your oppinion anynomus, im putting up a poll, which u will find in the right bar on the website.
FARM - I want to farm gear and look imba and do 1 million DPS
PROGRESS - I want to see us down General, Mimiron and Yogg and see what its all like as soon as i can.
Voting on this wont decide what we're going to do, put it'll show me what mindset the majority of the guild has. A decision will be made at some point tho, to clearify the goals and values in the guild. But at the same time we would want some sort of balance.
I however, wanted more of Mimiron when we did him last time, so we're heading there this reset aswell as a priority.
Thats it for now, work hard on hps, dps and movement to ensure that you are performing at your absolutely best. Free rides are fewer and further apart now.
Cya in guildchat ;)
